Der Universal Roller ist perfekt. Sehr stabil und präzise immer wieder zu empfehlen.
die silberne Absaughaube ist leider in Kunststoff ausgeführt-etwas labil
die Arretierung zum hochstellen klemmt erst beim festen Anziehen des roten Feststellrades
ansonsten durchdachtes System wie bei Harvey üblich
wenn beim Fräsen das Standrohr im Weg ist kann man die komplette Einheit einfach verschieben
Die Absaughaube hat einen 100mm Sauganschluss
die Kreissäge aber nur 70mm an dem Erfassungstrichter!!
Als Absaugung kommt bei mir der GYRO Air 700 zum Einsatz
dadurch bleibt die Säge relativ staubfrei
Die Haube ist ihr Geld auf jeden Fall wert

I received the lathe two days ago after some delays with the transport company. It was put together and used for the first time yesterday, i can only say it is a world apart from my old one and of course much more expensive but well worth it. I obviously need some time to get used to it but so far I am very satisfied with the quality and stability it offers. I must also say how helpful Thorsten was during the ordering process, everything was made so easy for me with customs etc. So yes I am very pleased with the lathe so far and looking forward to using it.
Exceptional. Everything about the saw is absolute outstanding. Everything arrived well package and calibrate from factory. I'm very happy with the customer support and the new saw.
What a perfect tool! The Quality is mazing. Next Life I would buy me a Harvey Tool Bandsaw and become a carpenter ;-) I love it!!

It's an incredible saw, you can see the build quality in all elements. I used to have a cheap panel slider and it was a nightmare.
What I love:
-Easy disassembly - I was able to easily take down the main table and motor to make it lighter (had to carry it upstairs)
-whisper quiet but powerful motor
-blade is shockingly stable, cuts are so clean I have to mark which side is which
-The big eye fence is fantastic, I use the low setting 90% of the time now. If I ever get a slider saw I'm gonna get a Big Eye for it too
-Toolless riving knife change - love it
-The whole blade assembly is spring assisted so raising is extremely easy
-3 solid throat plates (default/dado/0-clearance) with many leveling screws
-Working on it is a pleasure, even the on/off buttons are satisfying to push
What could be better imo:
-would love to see toolless throat plate change
-aligning the table (miter slots) to the blade is a lot of work, could be **** assisted for easier precision
-the default blade guard in the European model is significantly inferior to the one sold with US models.
-the German branch seems to be understaffed, email communication is very sparse and difficult. I was able to get help on the phone line though (even tho it was after-hours)
Overall I don't think there is a better cabinet saw. Well worth the money, would buy again.
Diese Tischkreissäge ist ein Beispiel für Qualität und eine durchdachte Konstruktion. Ich bin selbst Maschinenbauer und es ist eine Freude diese Säge zusammenzubauen und in Betrieb zu nehmen. Hier ist alles durchdacht und in hoher Qualität verarbeitet.
It's amazing quality from the nickel plated table, big eye fence to the accessories. It all comes together.
Dieser Winkelanschlag vereint Präzision mit einmaliger Optik und einer Qualität, die seinesgleichen sucht.

Eine sehr intensive telefonische Beratung und auch nach dem Kauf. Die Säge ist der Hammer, mehr braucht man nicht. Der Längsanschlag Big Eye ist sagenhaft und genau. Der Aufbau ist für jeden technisch versierten ohne Probleme möglich und wenn nicht gibt es Hilfe.
Die beiden Jungs Mike und Thorsten sind super Typen und man merkt das sie hinter den Produkten von Harvey voll hinter stehen, Top
