After decade of research and development, Harvey is excited to introduce the new COMPASS Router Table System, which is composed of a heavy-duty Stain-less Cast Iron Table, an innovative Fence System and a well-thought-out dust collection cabinet.

Especially, the Harvey COMPASS RF-36 Router Table Fence is dedicatedly designed to solve the most popular issues with the existing fences in the market. RF-36 fence is built with a special “Dual Fine-Tuning” Mechanism to allow for fine adjustments of Fence In-line Position and Out-feed Fence Face Offset Position with high accuracy and ease. The design will tremendously increase the efficiency of a router table tuning and the accuracy of your works. In addition, the RF-36 fence is equipped with two flip stops for your multiple cutting length control. The dust port is aerodynamically optimized for the best dust collection efficiency.

Zero Clearance Fine-tuning Mechanism of Main Fence

The main fence is designed with a zero clearance fine-tuning mechanism.

Double brass nuts structure with a strong spring ensure the zero clearance of the fine-tuning mechanism.

The lateral play can be easily eliminated by adjusting the two set screws on the guide bar, which presents a much high adjusting accuracy of the whole Fence.The two ball bearings ensure the smoothness while sliding the whole Fence.

For metric version, the increment of a full turn of the micro-adjustment knob is 1mm, and the increment for each turn of one grid in the scale ring is 0.02mm.

Zero Clearance Fine-tuning Mechanism of Fence Face

The outfeed fence face can also be adjusted separately with a Fine-tuning Mechanism.

The perfect adjusting parallelism of the two fence halves can be achieved by the zero clearance dovetail mechanism which is also the premise of the high adjustment accuracy.

Just like the mechanism on the main fence, the increment of a full turn of the micro-adjustment knob is 1mm, and the increment for each turn of one grid in the scale ring is 0.02mm.

Fence Face

The fence faces can be tightened easily by locking knobs, and they are fixed by a dovetail slot, so that you can move them to left or right for a desired opening size.

Scale and Flip Stop

The Flip Stop slides in a grove on top of the fence and can be locked anywhere you choose. The standard RF-36 Router Table Super Fence includes two flip stops.

All the graduations are laser etched on the scale.

The scale and flip stop provide accuracy and repeatability for a wide variety of cutting tasks, such as machine stopped dados, mortises, fluting and other decorative profiles with precise stop points.

Aerodynamically Designed Dust Port

The 2-1/2" (63.5mm) upper dust port on the fence is aerodynamically designed, which can improve your dust collecting efficiency.

Premium Materials

The Fence is made of anodized aircraft-grade aluminum extrusion which is durable and provides great wear-resistance and superior hardness.

A MDF board is used for the Fence Face, which is a perfect solution to providing tearout control and additional support for your workpiece when using large diameter cutters.

RT-800 Cast lron Nickel-plated Router Table

* RT-800 Cast lron Nickel-plated Router Table can be purchased separately.

This robust table combines the enduring reliability of cast iron with the advanced technique of nickel-plating, ensuring a workshop essential that stands the test of time and use.

The nickel-plated table surfaces achieved an impressive hardness of 500HV - 700HV, considerably improving their wear resistance. Extensive friction tests using wooden blocks consistently demonstrated that the nickel layer effectively protected the table surface.

Additionally, We conducted a series of high-temperature and strong acid corrosion tests to evaluate the longevity of the nickel-plated surfaces. The results indicated that, under normal usage conditions, the nickel-plated surfaces could maintain their rust prevention performance for years. Notably, even in highly humid working environments, they exhibited exceptional rust prevention capabilities.

The RT-800 features a table of 31-1/2" x 23-1/4" x 1-3/4" (800 x 590 x 45mm).

* The Cast lron Nickel-plated Router Table does not include the Fence.

The RT-800 suits for all the table saws of Harvey Alpha Series.

*For different installation methods or table saw brands, you may need to drill the mounting holes by yourself and modify the fence rail to accommodate the use of the T-slot of the router table. Please check the Instruction Manual for detailed installation.

When used with the COMPASS RT-S Router Table Stand, the RT-800 significantly boosts the convenience and efficiency of your work, ensuring you enjoy the ultimate user experience.

The table opening size of RT-800 is 11-3/4” x 9-1/4” x 25/64”(298.5 x 235 x 10mm).

It is compatible with router lifts installation of the brand including: JessEm, Grizzly, Kreg, SawStop, Woodpeckers.

RT-DC Dust Collection Cabinet

It is equipped with a 4"(100mm) dust port which can work with the aerodynamically designed dust port on the fence in unison, plus featuring the adjustable air inlet, the dust collecting efficiency can be greatly improved, presenting you a clean and enjoyable cutting.

The cabinet can be easily opened, providing you a convenient maintenance.

It can be installed under the table directly without any more assembling.
